Opalescent Nudibranch: Hermissenda crassicornis
This species can be identified by its orange tips and with white stripes lined with a luminescent blue band. The orange stripe down the front of its head is distinctive. This nudibranch eats hydroids and small anemones among other things. The stinging cells can be stored in the cerata and used for its own defense. It is also very aggressive and will eat others of its own species that it encounters.
